AIID™

AI Intent Development

AIID™ is the language I use for the work between business strategy and AI-enabled delivery: turning intent into software, agents, workflows, and measurable business value.

What it means

AIID™ starts with intent, not tools.

Most organizations do not have an AI problem first. They have a business intent problem: what should change, what value should be created, what work should be redesigned, and what humans should remain responsible for.

AI Intent Development gives that intent a disciplined path into delivery. It asks what the business is trying to make possible before deciding which model, agent, workflow, or software pattern should be used.

AI Software Factory

The factory process turns intent into repeatable value delivery.

At a high level, the AI Software Factory process connects business discovery, domain context, solution architecture, agent and workflow design, software delivery, governance, and value measurement.

AIID™ is the front end of that process: the framing discipline that keeps AI work attached to business value instead of drifting into disconnected experimentation.
